What happens to my consultation fee if I do not proceed?

Your consultation fee becomes Apex Credit. If you progress into an eligible Apex service, the credit may be applied toward that engagement. If you choose not to proceed, your credit may be used toward eligible services or approved tools, subject to program terms.

Can Apex Vitality support a focused goal without the full Blueprint™?

In some cases, yes. A focused pathway may be appropriate where the scope is clearly defined and the clinical picture is straightforward. Where broader risk, complexity or multiple drivers are identified, Blueprint™ may be recommended.

Does this consultation guarantee eligibility for advanced options?

Does Apex replace my GP?
